Scouse.... Traditional Stew from Liverpool

Hai....

assalamualaikum....

salam dr Liverpool...
Today, I tried one new recipe for lunch....
One of liverpool traditional stew...
Scouse...
asalnye dr lobscouse,stew yg biasenye dimakan oleh pelayar2 sekitar Northern Europe dan menjadi popular di semua pelabuhan seperti di Liverpool. The ingredients and way of cooking is super EASY...
Jom, I share the recipe.... tp ada yg I alter ikut tekak melayu...huhuhu... selamat mencuba...






Bahan2nye:
Daging kambing / lembu
Bawang besar -potong dadu
Kentang -potong dadu
Tomato puree
Celeries
Bay leaf
Carrot - dipotong dadu
Stok kambing/lembu
Cili benggala - dipotong dadu
Lada hitam
Lada sulah
Mixed herbs
Tepung jagung
Garam secukup rasa
Worcestershire sauce (brand Lea & Perrins)
Air






Cara2nye:
1. Rebus kambing / daging dgn air,stok dan garam secukup rasa sehingga empuk
2. Mskkn kentang,carrot, bwg besar
3. Mskkn lada sulah,lada hitam, mixed herbs,daun bay smpi menggelegak
4. Mskkn tomato puree, tepung jagung yg dah dibancuh dan worcestershire sause
5. Biarkn diatas api sehingga pekat
6. sedap dimakan dgn nasi panas atau klu kt liverpool kite mkn dgn french loaf, roti atau mkn mcm tu je.






Selain tu.... kt bwh ni I attached also the original Scousers recipe ok... from original Liverpoolians / Scousers.....
