Nasi Pakapau

Pernah makan NASI PAKAPAU tak? I have been craving for it since on fasting month.... and only yesterday I finally get to eat it...and also get the recipe...I knew about this Nasi Pakapau masa I stayed at Bukit Subang last year.... one restaurant kt Pangsapuri Anggerik (sblh pangsapuri Melati) sell this weird name food... Nasi Pakapau... but finally I tried it and been loved it until now... a simple yet delicious food....

I always wondering how to cook the delicious minced dishes... setaappp sgt....and sgt best when I get the recipe... and today, I decided to share with my readers... (as if ada la readers kan...hukhukhuk)






Bahan-bahan:
1) Daging atau ayam ..Ramly minced beef / chicken is easier...
2) Daun selasih (WAJIB! kalo tak, tak jadi pakapau jadi masak kicap jek ler..)
3) Sos tiram
4) Kacang panjang (optional)
5) Cili api
6) Bawang putih
7) Garam secukup rasa
8.) Kicap manis/masin

Directions:

  1. Daging atau ayam dicincang halus (bagi yang guna ayam/daging fresh).
  2. Panaskan minyak.
  3. Bawang putih dihiris halus dan kemudian ditumis.
  4. Selepas itu masukkan daging yang dicincang tadi bersama daun selasih.
  5. Apabila daging sudah empuk, masukkan sos tiram, cili api dan kacang panjang yang dipotong kecil dan garam secukup rasa sebelum dihidangkan.


mudah kan? so...why not try it? gerenti setaapp...
